  • Why are your prices lower than others?

    We specialise in loft and extension drawings, allowing us to work efficiently while maintaining quality. Many architects charge 3-4 times more for the same service.

  • What are your payment terms?

    £500 deposit to start, with balance due after planning submission or permitted development drawings completion.

  • What if my loft isn't suitable?

    If our survey shows conversion isn't possible, we refund your £500 deposit minus £200 survey fee.

  • How can I pay?

    All major credit cards accepted. Bank transfer also available.

  • Do the packages include everything needed?

    Yes - all drawings, calculations, and planning support included. No hidden costs.

  • What happens after I book?

    We schedule your survey within 7 days and deliver first designs within 2 weeks.
